Privacy Policy

ZooBeat does not ask who you are. There is no account, no sign-up, and no advertising. The only thing the app sends anywhere is an anonymous crash report when something goes wrong.

1. Information We Collect

Crash and performance diagnostics, and nothing else. When the app crashes or misbehaves, Firebase Crashlytics sends us a report so we can fix it. A report contains the error, where in the code it happened, and basic device facts — model, OS version, app version, language, and how much memory was free.

These reports are not tied to your identity. We do not attach a user ID to them, because there is no user ID to attach.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, contacts, photos, location, or health data. We do not sell or share anything with data brokers, and none of this is used for advertising.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The game saves a small amount of data in your device's local app storage so that it can remember your progress between sessions:

• your best score
• your audio calibration offset and haptics preference

This data never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage in your system settings.

3. Third-Party Services

Firebase Crashlytics (Google) receives the crash reports described in section 1. It is the only third-party service in the app.

There is no advertising SDK. All sound is generated by the app or bundled with it; nothing is streamed.

If you install the app from Google Play or the App Store, those stores handle the download and any purchase under their own privacy policies. We do not receive personal information from them.

4. Permissions

ZooBeat requests no runtime permissions — nothing that pops a dialog. It declares network access, which the crash reporter needs to send its reports.

5. Children

ZooBeat is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Because the app collects nothing, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Your Rights

Crash reports carry no identifier that would let us find "your" reports, so there is nothing for us to look up, correct, or hand back. To remove the locally stored data described in section 2, uninstall the app or clear its storage.

7. Changes to This Policy

Features that would collect more — a global leaderboard, cloud save, in-app purchases, advertising — are planned. This policy will be updated before any version that adds them is published, and the effective date above will change.
